Comedian and Radio personality, Augie Tulba, affectionately known as "Augie T.," has made a career out of laughing at himself. He was born in Kalihi, grew up in Waianae and currently resides in Ewa Beach.
There is no doubt he has worked hard to achieve his current success. Augie has spent the past nine years diligently working the local comedy circuit. He has toured the mainland, Guam and the Pacific Islands.
Augie has won two Na Hoku Hanohano awards and in 2002 was named "comedian of the Year" by Midweek and the Honolulu Star Bulletin.
In 2006, Augie started the Speak the Dream Foundation. It is focused toward offering educational and leadership opportunities. |
